Delivery Information
Our aim is to dispatch all UK mainland orders between 3-5 working days (Mon-Fri) from your order confirmation. International orders are normally 5-10 working days (Mon-Fri). We will endeavor to contact you within 48hrs from the next business working day from the placement of your order, if there are any issues relating to it. If after 7-10 working days (Mon-Fri) from order confirmation you have not received your order and one of our sales team has not been in contact with you, please call us on 01708 320320 quoting your surname or address and we will update you on your order status.
Please note that any orders placed after 16.00hrs will automatically start processing from the following day of business.
Our 'Free Delivery' is valid to UK addresses only and some restrictions apply to certain post codes, off-shore and The Highlands etc. and is subject to a weight restriction limit of 10kg's. To obtain the free delivery, a spend of £100 or over (not including any shipping charges), must be met along with our weight restrictions that apply. All orders over 10kg's will be calculated by weight and shown at the final checkout stage of your order. All our orders are dispatched with a secure, signed for, on-line track and trace courier company which includes insurance for non-deliveries for your peace of mind. This service starts from the standard charge of £4.95, and is calculated by weight thereafter.
Certain UK postal codes, Nothern Ireland, Off-Shore, The Highlands etc. and International shipping charges may change from the calculated shipping fee that has been applied at the time of purchase and we will advise you of any extra charges that may be required prior to the despatch of your order.
We are sorry that we cannot despatch any orders to PO Box addresses.
