Ideal for heavy use in the gym or practicing at home without a trainer. Three height adjustable sections: 2 focus mitts, centre pad and 2 kick pads. The angle of each pad arm can be adjusted and locks securely in place. The centre pad is ideal for body punch combos, push kicks and knees.
