Stepping up and down on the Deck is the simplest way of achieving cardiovascular gains, but the seamless ability to adjust the platform through both parallel and acute angles means that you can step not only on the flat, but also in the incline and decline configuration. With the Deck in its Bench mode, strength training can be performed with either the resistance tubes (included) or with barbells and dumb bells. The Deck is both strong and portable. The support struts for the back rest are metal coated in plastic to give you a strong, safe platform when using barbells and dumb bells. Every dimension of the Deck received careful consideration right down to the width of the back rest, which is specifically moulded to ensure that you can perform a full and productive range of motion through the shoulder joints. When designing the Deck we set ourselves the challenge of creating a piece of equipment that let you work every muscle of the body within a 10 minute workout.
