Beginning Boxing DVD: Punches, Stances and Movement.  This DVD is designed to take the complete novice through a programme which will enable he/she to become a competent boxer.  The DVD is presented by legendary boxing coaches Rocky Sondhi and Tommy Thompson.  Tommy has worked with legendary boxers such as Prince Naseem-Hamed and Ricky Hatton.  There is no better start than Tommy and Rocky's TVP system, if you wish to learn how to box.  Included in the DVD is sections on stances, equipment, wrapping your hands, attacks defences and numerous drills to develop these attributes.
