Nike KO Boxing Boots Review by Lisa Whiteside

Boxfit UK have been very pleased with the reception to the new Nike KO Boxing Boots and were more than pleased to hear how well Lisa Whiteside got on with them at the international training camp with Team USA in Colorado.

The boots are lightweight, stylish and designed to help you train in comfort. Complete with foam mesh and a stickiness to help you attain a solid stance, they’re ideal if you’re looking to up your speed.

“I’m so grateful of the backing and support from Boxfit over the years and was really happy to try out their New Nike KO Boxing Boots! I got these boots in time to take them out to Team GB’s international training camp with Team USA in Colorado earlier this year.

Colour and style

Firstly, I loved the look of the boots; they’re really smart and modern. I went with the black and gold colour so that I know they will match whatever boxing kit I’m wearing at the time, plus I know they’ll stay looking smart and clean long into the future.

Light and comfortable

They are a sturdy and supportive boot and most importantly are nice and light so you feel fast on your feet. Right out of the box they were a little stiff, but I soon wore them in and now they are so comfortable, which lets you get on and concentrate on training and winning.

Great support

I normally wear Adidas boxing boots and this is the first time I’ve tried Nike – I love them! If you fancy the look of these boots the good thing is they are comfy and very supportive and I would fully recommend a pair.

Next up for me, I will definitely be wearing these boots in the Elite National Championships at York Hall in April.”
