Training t-shirts are the ones you will actually sweat in. Look for lightweight polyester or poly-cotton, a crew neck that will not rub under a head guard and a cut that lets you throw a full hook; the Adidas Boxing Tee, Under Armour tops and the Boxfit Contrast Poly T-Shirt all sit here. Fit and fabric guide
Standard fit tees from Adidas and Boxfit run true to UK sizing and work for training and everyday wear. Heavy oversized tees, including the Boxfit Heavy Oversized Tee and the Pacman oversized shirt, are cut boxy and long for a streetwear look; if you want them closer to the body, size down. Poly training tees dry fast and stay light when soaked; cotton tees feel better out of the gym but hold sweat, so keep them for warm-ups and the walk to training. What t-shirt should I wear for boxing training?
A lightweight polyester or poly-cotton tee with a crew neck and enough room across the shoulders to punch freely. Avoid heavy cotton for hard sessions as it soaks up sweat and gets heavy. Adidas, Under Armour and the Boxfit poly tees are the usual choices in our store.
Are your Kronk t-shirts official?
Yes. Our Kronk tees come from Kronk Boxing's own range, including the Detroit logo shirts and training camp prints, rather than unlicensed copies. The same applies to Cleto Reyes, WBC and Adidas: every branded tee here is sourced from the brand or its official distributor.
Do you sell boxing t-shirts for kids?
Yes. Boxfit branded tees run in junior sizes and there is a dedicated kids boxing t-shirts collection with training and graphic styles. Junior sizing is by age; check the size chart on each product and size up if the child is between sizes.
