Fit, cut and sizing
Much of the training range is unisex, so if you are between sizes on a vest or tee, check the chest measurement on the size guide rather than the letter. Boxing shorts are meant to sit high on the waist and hang loose over the thigh so nothing restricts a knee lift or a pivot, and women's-specific shorts are cut with a narrower waist and a shorter rise than the men's equivalent. Competition vests should be snug enough that they do not ride up when your arms are raised. If you plan to wear a groin guard or chest protector underneath, allow for it.
