Our Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions between us and yourself. They do not affect your statutory rights but please read them carefully.
We may amend our T&C's at any time and any such amendments will take effect on the date they are posted on our website and some of those amendments may include product images or updates to product descriptions. Our T&C's are governed by English law and are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. We do not accept amendments to these T&C's.
Failure by us to enforce any of our Terms and Conditions will not affect our right to enforce the rest of the T&C's.
We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions.
To order goods over the telephone or on our website, you must be at least 18 years of age and accept delivery within the UK. All telephone orders will be acknowledged verbally at the time of order, and all orders placed on our website will be acknowledged electronically by e-mail. Please note that verbal and/or electronic acknowledgements do not constitute order confirmation or order acceptance. Your order will be accepted and the creation of a legally binding contract between you and Boxfit UK will take place once the goods have been dispatched or collected. (Alternatively, we may decline all or part of your order for any reason, in which case we will inform you in-person, by telephone or by e-mail).
When deciding whether or not to accept your order we may use certain information about you, including any received from credit reference agency checks as this information helps to protect you and Boxfit UK against any possible fraudulent transactions.
All transactions are subject to validation checks, when deemed necessary or if any part of the validation checks have failed we may ask for further information relating to the cardholder in order to verify the payment and thus process the order.
The total price payable will be stipulated at the time when you place your order whether or not the order has been acknowledged. We are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account of any increase in our suppliers' prices, or the imposition of any taxes or duties, or if due to an error or omission the price published for the goods is wrong whether or not the order has been acknowledged. We will inform you of the correct price and give you the opportunity to cancel the order. All prices are inclusive of VAT but exclusive of delivery charges which will be payable as indicated at the time the order is placed.
From time to time the prices displayed on our website may be different if you are directed to it from a third party website. Purchases at these prices can only be made on our website and by arriving on it through a relevant third party website; these prices will not be available in-store or over the telephone.
Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change before (but not after) we accept your order. If a product becomes unavailable we may offer you an alternative product.
On occasion, the prices payable and promotions offered in respect of goods advertised on the website may differ from those prices and promotions offered at the same time in-store. We are under no obligation to honour any in-store price or promotion in the event that they differ from those on the website. Similarly, our store is under no obligation to honour any website price or promotion in the event that they differ from that in-store.
Although we endeavor to ensure that all pricing information on the website is accurate, occasionally an error may occur and goods may be miss-priced by human error. If we discover a pricing error we will, at our discretion, either: contact you and ask you whether you wish to cancel your order or continue with the order at the correct price; or notify you that we have cancelled your order. We will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price.
Prices that are reduced for sales and flash promotions are only valid for the specified period.
Your online order is sent directly to our secure back office system for processing and once received onto our system, along with a valid and confirmed payment, our dispatch team will start the process in picking, packing and dispatching your item(s).
Our aim is to dispatch all UK mainland orders between 2-4 working days (Mon-Fri, not inc. Bank Holidays) from the order confirmation date. International orders are normally dispatched within 3-5 working days (Mon-Fri, not inc. Bank Holidays). We will endeavour to contact you within 48hrs from the next business working day from the placement of your order if there are any issues relating to it.
Our aim is to supply all orders via our own warehouse and very rarely there may at times be a technical delay at the time of you placing your order to when the order is processed through our system, resulting in a change in our stock holding. If an item should become out of stock in this way, we will advise you usually via email as soon as we possibly can to prevent any delay in us dispatching your goods.
On completion of your order you will receive an automated email notification, which will include tracking details for your parcel created by our courier partner and please note that your parcel will require a signature on delivery, unless you have instructed otherwise through the courier tracking system mobile app or their respective website.
If after 7-10 working days (Mon-Fri) from order confirmation you have not received your order and one of our sales team has not been in contact with you, please call us on 0044 (0)1708 320320 - option 2, quoting your order number or surname and address and we will update you on your order status.
Please note that any orders placed after 16.00hrs will automatically start processing from the following working day of business.
You can track the progress of your order at any time by logging into My Account from the Home page on our web site. If your order has been dispatched you will then be able to track your parcel via the courier partners web site or mobile app that we have chosen to send your order with and use the consignment number that we will have provided you via an email upon dispatch.
CARD PROCESSING WITH PAYPAL BRAINTREE
We use one of the most trusted and industry leading internet payment companies PayPal and their payment gateway called Braintree to help protect your card details and protect us from fraud. The following security systems are used.
All transaction information passed between merchant sites and the PayPal Braintree VSP Systems is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted and any messages sent to your servers from PayPal Braintree are signed using MD5 hashing to prevent tampering. You can be completely secure in the knowledge that nothing you pass to the PayPal Braintree servers can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information.
ENCRYPTION AND DATA STORAGE
All sensitive data is secured on PayPal Braintree using the same internationally recognised 256-bit encryption standards used by, among others, the US Government. The encryption keys are held on state-of-the-art, tamper proof systems in the same family as those used to secure VeriSign's Global Root certificate, making them all but impossible to extract. The data we hold is extremely secure and we are regularly audited by the banks and banking authorities to ensure it remains so.
LINKS TO BANKS
PayPal Braintree has multiple private links into the banking network that are completely separate from the Internet and which do not cross any publicly accessible networks. Any cardholder information sent to the banks and any authorisation message coming back is secure and cannot be tampered with.
No individuals within our company or PayPal Braintree are able to decrypt transaction information or cardholder data. Our systems only allow access to our most senior staff and only in extenuating circumstances (such as investigations of Card Fraud by the Police). Your transaction information and customer card information is secure even form our own employees because our systems never display the full card numbers, even on administration screens.
PAYMENTS VIA PAYPAL
We use the industry leading internet payment company PayPal to protect your card details and protect from fraud. PayPal keep your information safe. We will never actually see your bank or credit card details; they are passed in a highly secure way directly to PayPal for processing. Industry-leading fraud prevention is just one of the reasons PayPal is a safe way to pay online. PayPal uses proprietary technology and constantly innovates to monitor transactions and maintain a secure payment system. Amazon Pay is a service that lets you use the payment methods already associated with your Amazon account to make payments on Boxfit. To make a payment, you can use any credit or debit card on file in your Amazon account. After your purchase, you will receive an email from Amazon Pay notifying you that the payment has been authorised and a second email confirming the purchase. Boxfit will send you an invoice to your email.
Delivery is charged as illustrated during the order process and our aim is to dispatch all UK mainland orders between 2-4 working days (Mon-Fri, not inc. Bank Holidays) from your order confirmation, unless the Next Day Delivery option is selected. Next Day delivery orders are only available for dispatch on Mondays to Fridays and to the Cardholder's address only which has to be a UK mainland addresses. International orders are normally dispatched within 3-5 working days (Mon-Fri, not inc. Bank Holidays). If you wish to cancel your order after it has been dispatched, you will be charged for both delivery and collection costs if they occur.
If you are unavailable when our delivery partner tries to deliver your order, they will usually try to deliver again the next working day, or they will drop a card in to offer you a collection from a local collection point. If you should refuse delivery of goods, or are not available to accept the delivery on both delivery attempts, you will be required to cover any extra costs incurred for a failed delivery and any further deliveries costs against this order.
All quoted delivery prices are for most UK Mainland addresses. Northern Ireland (BT), Isle of Wight (PO30-37), Isle of Man (IM), Scottish Highlands and Orkney Isles (PA, ML, EH, KA, G, KY, PH, DD, AB, IV, KW), Outer Hebrides and the Shetland Isles (HS, ZE) will incur additional charges and may also experience delivery delays; early morning, Saturday and "next working day" deliveries are optional and will also incur additional charges which will be notified if necessary before the dispatch of your order.
We will only deliver goods to the address provided on your order. If another delivery address is provided after an order is received, we will make further checks to verify this address and once verified, we will dispatch your order accordingly. An extra delivery charge may be required if our quoted delivery post coded areas are breached. We will contact you to discuss in more detail if this is the case.
Please note that some countries may charge import tax or duties on parcel's arriving into their respective customs department. We are not liable for these charges nor are we able to assist with what these charges, as each country sets their own rules and rates which can be amended at any time by them.
PROMOTIONAL FREE DELIVERY PERIODS
On certain 'Free Delivery promotional periods', Free Delivery is available on website purchases only that are being shipped to UK mainland addresses with a total weight that does not exceed 40kgs. Free delivery will only be applicable whilst the 'promotion period' lasts as stated on our home page during the promotion. Products exempt from free delivery are all those that are listed as 'out of stock' or 'email for enquiries'.
NEXT WORKING DAY PRIORITY DESPATCH SERVICE
If you would prefer your order to be delivered faster than our standard delivery time frame, please select the next working day delivery option (not available on Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays) within the shopping basket. All UK mainland orders will then be dispatched on the same day, on a next working day service, unless directly stated within the product description.
Please note, orders must be placed before 3.00pm (Monday-Friday only) to be dispatched the same day for a next working day delivery. Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or a Bank Holiday Monday after 3.00pm will not be dispatched until the next available working day (Monday-Friday) If an item should go out of stock we will endeavour to inform you on the day of your order or by the next working day. Please note that Next Working Day delivery orders can only be shipped to the Cardholder's address.
All information provided on the products on our website is intended as a guide only and dimensions, weights etc. are approximate, as are colours but please contact us on 0044 (0)1708 320320 - option 2, to confirm any of our products information. If you are ordering goods that are pre-orders, then we will dispatch your order as soon as the item is from our supplier.
On occasions, goods are subject to availability and a delay in delivery of goods into us is sometimes outside of our control. As such, delivery cannot be guaranteed and any dates we specify for the delivery of the goods are approximate only. We shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods.
Any unwanted items must be sent back at the customer's expense in original packaging and condition. If you wish us to give you a quote for this please send us an e-mail, otherwise return the goods to:

If you are unhappy with the goods received we will refund or exchange them if they are sent back at the customer's expense in new resalable condition within 30 days along with the original proof of purchase and our 30 day refund policy is applicable to online purchases only. We suggest for your own protection you use Royal Mail Recorded post.
Any refunds will be issued once we have received the goods, in their original condition. This refund only includes the total of goods sent not the delivery charge. Please note that any items that have been customised, personalised, used for filming, production or photo shoots are non-returnable.
We will not charge a restocking fee for returned items and any exchange items will be sent with a reduced re-delivery charge of £2.99 for UK Mainland customers. Non UK and overseas customers can request a re-delivery quote before, or upon returning their exchangeable goods.
Any goods with proven manufacturing faults on arrival will be replaced or refunded. (This does not affect your statutory rights).

We will only use information given at the time of ordering or when making an enquiry by whatever means is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We do not pass your personal information on to third parties. All transactions that you initiate with Boxfit UK on this web site are confidential. Your name will not be added to any third party mailing lists.
THE DATA PROTECTION ACT
Under the terms of the Data Protection Act 1998, we have a duty to protect any information we collect from you. It will not be disclosed to any other organisation unless you give explicit permission, or there is a legal obligation to do so. We collect information about you for two main reasons:
- To process your online order.
- To provide you with the most efficient possible service.
The information collected will be used to personally keep in touch and let you know of any offers, sales or promotions that Boxfit UK are carrying out (if you have selected to receive these emails/newsletters).
RIGHT TO REQUEST INFORMATION
You have a right to request a copy of any personal data held by Boxfit UK at any time, in order to check its accuracy. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
These Terms and Conditions of Sale shall be governed by the laws of England and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. We are required by law to inform you that sales can be concluded in English only and that no public filing requirements apply.
All correspondence must be in English. Our online business office hours are Monday to Friday 10.00am to 5.30pm but please note that our phone system switches off at 5pm. We are closed Bank Holidays and Christmas Eve.
