Our aim is to dispatch all UK mainland orders between 2-3 working days (Mon-Fri, not inc. Bank Holidays) from receipt of your order confirmation, unless advised within the product description. Orders placed after 16.00hrs will be accepted onto our system the next working day.

Our preferred standard UK delivery courier partners are DPD, APC and Royal Mail. We advise that you download their respective mobile app where available, to help make your delivery experience an easier one, with GPS real time tracking, plus other features available on their respective apps. 


If you would prefer your order to be delivered faster than our standard delivery time, please select the next working day delivery option at the checkout stage.

All UK mainland orders will then be dispatched on the same day, on a next working day, unless directly stated within the product description.

Please note, orders must be placed before 3pm (Monday-Friday only) to be dispatched the same day. Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday, Bank Holiday or after 3pm will not be dispatched until the next available working day (Monday-Friday). If an item should go out of stock we will endeavour to inform you on the day of your order or by the next working day. Please note that Next Working Day delivery orders can only be shipped to the Cardholder's address.

Free standard delivery is applied to UK mainland orders over the value of £70. Total basket weight must not exceed 20kg. All UK mainland orders will be dispatched between 2-3 working days, unless directly stated within the product description. Offer does not include next day delivery or any other delivery offer available.

Free standard delivery during promotional periods is extended to UK mainland orders that do not exceed 40kg in total weight and excludes Boxing Rings, this is only available whilst the promotion lasts as stated on our home page during the promotion.


We offer a ‘click’ or ‘call’ service that allows our customers to either buy online or call us direct and then collect their orders in store at a pre given time. Please note that in either case, you will be required to show the confirmation email of your order that we sent to you, along with the credit card used in the transaction plus some photo ID in the same name as the credit card used.  You may also be asked to verify your transaction upon collection by entering your credit card pin number via our credit card terminal.


All quoted delivery prices are for most UK Mainland addresses*. The below addresses will incur additional charges and may also experience delivery delays:

  • Northern Ireland (BT)
  • Isle of Wight (PO30-37)
  • Isle of Man (IM)
  • Scottish Highlands and Orkney Isles (PA, ML, EH, KA, G, KY, PH, DD, AB, IV, KW)
  • The Outer Hebrides and the Shetland Isles (HS, ZE)
  • Channel Islands (JE, GY)

International orders are normally shipped within 3-5 working days from receipt of an order (Mon-Fri, not inc. UK Bank Holidays).

Please note that some countries may charge an import tax or custom duties including the EU, on parcels arriving into their respective customs department. We are not liable for these charges nor are we able to assist with what these charges may be, as each country sets their own rules and rates internally.


If you wish to cancel your order after it has been dispatched, you will be charged for both delivery and collection cost.


If you are unavailable when our delivery partner tries to deliver your order, they will usually try to deliver again the next working day or they will drop a card in to offer you a collection from a local collection point. If you should refuse delivery of goods, or are not available to accept the delivery on both delivery attempts, you will be required to cover any extra costs incurred. Alternatively if you request with our delivery partner that your parcel can be 'left safe' please be advised that Boxfit UK Ltd cannot take any responsibility for lost or missing parcels thereafter.  Please also note that if you fail to notify us that your order has not arrived before 14 days has lapsed we may not be able to track or claim for a lost parcel after this time.


We will only deliver goods to the address provided on your order. If another delivery address is provided after an order is received, we will make further checks to verify this address and once verified we will dispatch your order accordingly. An extra delivery charge may be required if our quoted delivery postcode areas are breached. We will contact you to discuss in more detail if this is the case.



If you are not happy with an item(s), please return them in their original unused condition with all packaging and tags intact.

We also offer exchanges at a reduced re-delivery rate.

Please note, that personalised items cannot be exchanged or returned unless there is a proven manufactures fault in the product and your statutory rights remain unaffected. As a result, please ensure the size and personalisation details are correct when purchasing.
