Our aim is to dispatch all UK mainland orders between 2-4 working days (Mon-Fri, not inc. Bank Holidays) from receipt of your order confirmation, unless advised within the product description. Orders placed after 16.00hrs will be accepted onto our system the next working day.

Our preferred standard UK delivery courier partners are DPD, APC, UPS and Royal Mail. We advise that you download their respective mobile app where available, to help make your delivery experience an easier one, with GPS real time tracking, plus other features available on their respective apps. 


If you would prefer your order to be delivered faster than our standard delivery time, please select the next working day delivery option at the checkout stage.

All UK mainland orders will then be dispatched on the same day, on a next working day, unless directly stated within the product description. 

In order for your items to leave us the same day your order must be placed before 3pm (Monday-Friday only). Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday, Bank Holiday or after 3pm will not be dispatched until the next available working day (Monday-Friday). If an item should go out of stock we will endeavour to inform you within 2 working days. Please note that Next Working Day delivery orders can only be shipped to the Cardholder's address.

We offer a ‘click & Collect’ service that allows our customers to buy online or call us direct and then collect their orders from our store In Harold Wood, Essex. On receipt of your Click & Collect order we will endeavour to process with 2 working days and then notify you by email once it is ready.  Please do not travel to store until you have received your collection email.  On collection you will be required to show the confirmation email of your order that we sent to you, along with the credit card used in the transaction plus some photo ID in the same name as the credit card used.  On occasion where larger items are purchased these may take a little longer to process and so may fall outside of our 2 working day policy for collecting orders.  There may also still be a delivery charge payable for larger items that need to be ordered in specifically for collection, should this be the case we will notify you with 2 working days.


All quoted delivery prices are for most UK Mainland addresses*. The below addresses will incur additional charges and may also experience delivery delays:

  • Northern Ireland (BT)
  • Isle of Wight (PO30-37)
  • Isle of Man (IM)
  • Scottish Highlands and Orkney Isles (PA, ML, EH, KA, G, KY, PH, DD, AB, IV, KW)

On certain 'Free Delivery promotional periods', Free Delivery is available on website purchases only that are being shipped via standard delivery to UK mainland addresses with a total weight that does not exceed 20kgs. Free delivery will only be applicable whilst the 'promotion period' lasts as stated on our home page during the promotion. Products exempt from free delivery are all those that are listed as 'out of stock' or 'email for enquiries'. Next Day Delivery Shipping is exempt from all delivery promotions.


International orders are normally shipped within 3-5 working days from receipt of an order (Mon-Fri, not inc. UK Bank Holidays). 

Please note that some countries may charge import taxes or custom duties on parcels arriving into their respective customs departments. We are not liable for these charges nor are we able to assist with what these charges may be, as each country sets their own rules and rates internally.


If you wish to cancel your order after it has been dispatched, you will be charged for both delivery and collection cost. 


If you are unavailable when our delivery partner tries to deliver your order, they will usually try to deliver again the next working day or they will drop a card in to offer you a collection from a local collection point. If you should refuse delivery of goods, or are not available to accept the delivery on both delivery attempts, you will be required to cover any extra costs incurred. Alternatively if you request with our delivery partner that your parcel can be 'left safe' please be advised that Boxfit UK Ltd cannot take any responsibility for lost or missing parcels thereafter.  Please also note that if you fail to notify us that your order has not arrived before 14 days has lapsed we may not be able to track or claim for a lost parcel after this time. 


We will only deliver goods to the address provided on your order. If another delivery address is provided after an order is received, we will make further checks to verify this address and once verified we will dispatch your order accordingly. An extra delivery charge may be required if our quoted delivery postcode areas are breached. We will contact you to discuss in more detail if this is the case.



We are sorry to hear that you are unhappy with your purchase and any unwanted items are returned at the customer's expense (unless the product is either proven faulty or was incorrectly sent by Boxfit or directly by one of our suppliers). The returned item must not be one of those exempt from return as listed in our T&C's and be in its original packaging and in a saleable condition, accompanied with a Boxfit UK Returns Form that can be downloaded below or there will be one on the reverse of the invoice we sent you with your original order.

If you wish for us to provide a quote for collection, please send us an e-mail at otherwise please return the goods to the address below in protective packaging for transit purposes and we suggest using Royal Mail's Signed For Delivery Service which offers you a proof of postage.

If you are unhappy with the goods received from your online purchase, we will refund the item(s) if they are sent back at the customer's expense and in a resalable condition within 30 days of receipt of your order. An original proof of purchase will be required if the item(s) were purchased in-store. (Please note that our 30 day refund policy is applicable to online purchases only and is 14 days from receipt of purchase if purchased in-store).

Christmas returns will be extended for an extra 30 days against our standard policy above.

Any refunds will be issued to the original purchase payment method once we have received the goods back in their original saleable condition. This refund only includes the total amount of the goods returned and not the original delivery charge, unless the goods are proven faulty or sent in error. Please note that any items that are Custom Made, have been customised, personalised, used for filming, production or photo shoots are non-returnable.

We generally do not charge a restocking fee for returned items but with some of our more bulky products, we may have to apply one but this can be discussed prior to any return being made. Any goods with proven manufacturing faults on arrival will be replaced or refunded and some items may not be economically viable to be returned but this will need to be authorised by our returns dept. before a credit or refund is made.

The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive is now UK law. The legislation aims to make producers pay for the collection, treatment and recovery of waste electrical equipment. The regulations also mean that suppliers of equipment like high street shops and internet retailers must allow consumers to return their waste equipment free of charge.

The amount of WEEE we throw away is increasing by around 5% each year, making it the fastest growing waste stream in the UK .

  • Much of the UK's WEEE ends up in landfill, where the lead and other toxins it contains can cause soil and water contamination. This can have a harmful effect on natural habitat, wildlife and also human health.
  • Many electrical items that we throw away can be repaired or recycled. Recycling items helps to save our natural finite resources and also reduces the environmental and health risks associated with sending electrical goods to landfill.

Distributors of new Electric and Electronic Equipment (EEE) have a part to play in reducing the amount of WEEE going into landfill sites.

Boxfit UK Limited is obliged under these regulations to offer our customers free take-back of their WEEE on a like-for-like basis when they buy a new Electrical or Electronic product from us.

For example, if a customer bought a new Gym Timer from us we would accept their old Gym Timer and prevent it going into a landfill site by disposing of it safely. Customers must return their WEEE item to us within 28 days of purchasing their new item.

Under the WEEE Regulations, all new electrical goods should now be marked with the crossed-out wheeled bin symbol shown below:

Goods are marked with this symbol to show that they were produced after 13th August 2005, and should be disposed of separately from normal household waste so that they can be recycled.
