Protection designed for women
Mouthguards, groin guards and chest protectors are the items women most often buy wrong. A boil-and-bite or instant custom-fit mouthguard from Opro or SafeJawz moulds to your teeth in minutes, and a women's mouthguard is smaller and shallower than the standard men's mould. A women's groin guard is shaped for the pelvis rather than built around a cup, and a chest protector is permitted in amateur bouts and worth wearing for sparring.
