DELIVERY INFORMATION FROM BOXFIT UK

Delivery charges vary based on the size and availability of orders.

UK STANDARD DELIVERY

Our aim is to dispatch all UK mainland orders between 2-4 working days (Mon-Fri, not inc. Bank Holidays) from your order confirmation unless stated differently within the product description. Orders placed after 3.30pm will be accepted onto our system the next working day.

UK NEXT WORKING DAY DELIVERY SERVICE (MONDAY-FRIDAY ONLY)

If you would prefer your order to be delivered faster than our standard delivery time, please select the next working day delivery option at the shopping basket.

All UK mainland orders will then be dispatched on the same day, on a next working day, unless directly stated within the product description.

Please note, orders must be placed before 3pm (Monday-Friday only) to be dispatched the same day. Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday, Bank Holiday or after 3pm will not be dispatched until the next available working day (Monday-Friday). If an item should go out of stock we will endeavour to inform you on the day of your order or by the next working day. Please note that Next Working Day delivery orders can only be shipped to the Cardholder's address.

*Morning, Saturday and Next Working Day deliveries are optional and will also incur additional charges. Please call us on 01708 320320 to discuss prices.

FREE UK STANDARD DELIVERY ON ORDERS OVER £100 OR DURING PROMOTIONAL PERIODS

Free standard delivery is applied to UK mainland orders over the value of £100. Total basket weight must not exceed 15kg. All UK mainland orders will be dispatched between 2-4 working days, unless directly stated within the product description. Offer does not include next day delivery or any other delivery offer available.

Free standard delivery during promotional periods is extended to UK mainland orders that do not exceed 40kg in total weight and excludes Boxing Rings, this is only available whilst the promotion lasts as stated on our home page during the promotion.

‘CLICK’ or ‘CALL’ SERVICE

We now offer a ‘click’ or ‘call’ service that allows our customers to either buy online or call us direct and then collect their orders in store at a pre given time. Please note that in either case, you will be required to show the confirmation email of your order that we sent to you, along with the credit card used in the transaction plus some photo ID in the same name as the credit card used.  You may also be asked to verify your transaction upon collection by entering your credit card pin number via our credit card terminal.

DELIVERY PRICES

All quoted delivery prices are for most UK Mainland addresses*. The below addresses will incur additional charges and may also experience delivery delays:

  • Northern Ireland (BT)
  • Isle of Wight (PO30-37)
  • Isle of Man (IM)
  • Scottish Highlands and Orkney Isles (PA, ML, EH, KA, G, KY, PH, DD, AB, IV, KW)
  • The Outer Hebrides and the Shetland Isles (HS, ZE)
  • Channel Islands (JE, GY)

INTERNATIONAL STANDARD DELIVERY

International orders are normally 3-5 working days (Mon-Fri, not inc. Bank Holidays).

Please note that some countries may charge import tax or duties on parcels arriving into their respective customs department. We are not liable for these charges nor are we able to assist with what these charges may be as each country sets their own rules and rates.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you wish to cancel your order after it has been dispatched, you will be charged for both delivery and collection cost.

MISSED DELIVERY

If you are unavailable when our delivery partner tries to deliver your order, they will usually try to deliver again the next working day or they will drop a card in to offer you a collection from a local collection point. If you should refuse delivery of goods, or are not available to accept the delivery on both delivery attempts, you will be required to cover any extra costs incurred. Alterntively if you request with our delivery partner that your parcel can be 'left safe' please be advised that Boxfit UK Ltd cannot take any responsibility for lost or missing parcels thereafter.  

TERMS

We will only deliver goods to the address provided on your order. If another delivery address is provided after an order is received, we will make further checks to verify this address and once verified we will dispatch your order accordingly. An extra delivery charge may be required if our quoted delivery postcode areas are breached. We will contact you to discuss in more detail if this is the case.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If you are not happy with an item, please return it in its original unused condition with all packaging and tags intact.

We also offer exchanges at a reduced delivery rate.

Please note, that personalised items cannot be exchanged or returned unless there is a fault of manufacture, your statutory rights remain unaffected. As a result, please ensure the correct size and personalisation details when purchasing.
