This is the ultimate boxing training station and is ideal for all user levels. Every single pad has been set up so it replicates the different styles of punching allowing the user to use a wide range of combinations. You will experience a workout like no other in only 30 minutes. A routine of 5 minute warm up, 7 punching rounds and 7 active recovery rounds all only taking 90 seconds for each round. A unique piece of equipment. Can be purchased with the base or without the base will steady the tower if fixing to the floor is not possible.
