The Rival Bob and Weave is the perfect accompanyment for your sparring and bag sessions. The universal design allows it to easily be fitted to almost any heavy punch bag and can be used with up to 4 sticks at once.  An essential piece of kit to 'up your game' by using the stick length to work close to your target and hone your fighting skills.  The sticks simulate your opponents arms or punches thrown enabling you to practise your bob and weave. Covered with a high quality PU finish, a plastic shield at the base and PVC tubing.

Includes two separate parts; Base and Stick, Two individually adjustable nylon webbing straps, Metal loops for strap adjustment, and a Curved plastic shield at the base.
