It is very important on impact that the wrist is aligned to the forehand area to eliminate stress on the joints so a robust multi adjustable hook and loop closure will ensure the elongated wrist wrap around functions and supports effectively. A thumb attached safety feature will avoid the thumb independently bending backwards if an incorrect punch is thrown.
