Made for regular use due to their light construction these pads help absorb and slow down the impact they feature multiple layers of padding ensuring fewer stress forces on the wrist, elbows and shoulder joints. For additional support, they have a generous layer of padding under the wrist aiding wrist flexion when training on those hard-hitting sessions. Furthermore, to give you a natural hold of the pad there is a domed palm, this reduces the grip stress to the inner forearm muscles and fingertips.
