Century Bob Body Opponent Bag

BOB the Body Opponent Bag. A full size lifelike mannequin with the all new realistic body shape and vinyl skin covering for a more authentic feel and a great partner for sparring techniques or target training as well as self defence and martial arts. Also great for stress relief too! The new vinyl skin covering can be used with or without gloves and is easy to clean.  The inner cavity is filled with durable urethane foam and with its 7 height adjustments from 60" to 78" tall The BOB is really versatile. The base made from high strength plastisol can be filled with water or sand and weighs approx 270lbs once filled for stability. Can be struck with bare hands, elbows or feet. Includes 90-day limited warranty.
