The Century BOB XL has a longer torso than the original BOB which creates more striking surfaces for body shot training as well as kicks. Also great for stress relief - Take it out on BOB!

Flesh like torso creates realistic training, and can be used with or without bag gloves.  6 height adjustments from 60" to 78".  Weighing approx. 270lb when base is filled.
