After training wipe off any moisture or sweat from the surface of the mat and then use warm water to sponge off the surface. Dry the surface using a soft towel or air-dry avoiding direct sunlight. NEVER submerge or soak your Conquer mat in water as this can damage the structure of the mat. NEVER clean with harsh abrasive chemicals or bleach.

Please note: Always store your Conquer mat in the rolled up position with the workout surface facing outwards. NEVER fold, twist or crumple the mat as this can lead to damage.
