Use your own bodyweight to workout with the Pro Suspension Trainer anytime and anywhere. This training accessory is lightweight to take with you anywhere and uses your own body weight to strengthen arms and chest. The apex style straps adjust from 1.2m to 2.5m (exc anchor strap) so it can suit users of all sizes and abilities. The suspension straps attach to the anchor strap (1.25m) which offers 5 attachment positions with used with the integral door jam.
