These coach spar gloves are inspired by the great trainer Jack Linsdsay, his only mitts of choice. These mitts are the number one training tool for getting boxers defensively right. But have always lacked protection for receiving punches. This is why we have designed the mitts to incorporate an air pocket into the palm, to take all of the impact out of the punches received.
